Moretta cake (ideal for young people birthdays)

Double coating of soft but compact sponge cake with Venchi dark chocolate, stuffed with a layer of hazelnut cream, followed by a layer of whipped cream (milk cream), decorated with dark chocolate bitter icing, flakes of whipped cream and garnished fruit.
